I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, Certified Addiction Professional, and an EMDR I/II Trained Clinician with nearly 20 years of clinical experience. I specialize in all forms of addiction (including sex addiction and cyber addiction), trauma-informed therapy, family systems therapy, codependency and enmeshment, partner betrayal trauma, and personality and character disturbances. I am extremely passionate about this work and I have dedicated my life to it.

I am most interested in working with individuals and family members who are motivated for change and are willing to do the hard work. Even if you don’t think you can end a negative thought or behavior pattern, or you don’t know how or where to begin, you can find peace and freedom through connection and support from others.

As a seasoned therapist, I bring my expertise and understanding to the table, but I also acknowledge that you bring your own experience to the therapeutic relationship and I will always try my best to meet you where you are with warmth and compassion. My goal is for you to gain knowledge and insight that will result in real and sustainable change.
